Cannot play music through wiimhome app

Suddenly my Wiim Pro stopped playing anything through its internal system app. Any stations from vTuner I had in the Favorites section in Wiimhome app are clickable but there is no music coming out of the speakers. The same happens with all music services in the Wiimhome app. For example vTuner, calm radio, deezer, all appear as either "login failed" or simply clicking on the tracks/stations nothing happens.
If however I use Wiim Pro to stream music from my iPhone directly to Wiim in order to play the music to my speakers connected to Wiim pro, then I may hear the music played. But in this case the source is my iphone streaming through Wiim Pro. If I use the music services or tracks directly through Wiimhome app nothing happens. My firmware version is 4.8.630831 and after checking for updates it seems to be the latest version available.
Is there something I can do to fix this issue? Any help will be appreciated.

Reboot/power cycle your router and your WiiM Pro given your issue seems to be with all external music services. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, raise a ticket via the settings/feedback section of the WiiM Home app so WiiM can inspect your device logs for more clues.

Edit: also try toggling the preferred DNS and IPV6 settings under network status in your device settings.

Thank you for your reply. I've already tried rebooting and toggling with DNS settings, but the result is the same.
I've raised a ticket through the feedback section as suggested.

It looks very much as a DNS issue. The WiiM is connected to your local network but cannot access external sources.

Either it is the WiiM that fails to look up the IP addresses (DNS) or it's your router that blocks it. Did you try to restart your router?

Do other devices have access to the internet via your router?

Have the same issue with Wiim Pro Plus. Followed all the steps suggested . All the preset stations of vTuner is not working. Only able to stream from phone, Radio Paradise and Open Network Stream ( using radio station's URL ).

Yes all other devices work fine. I did restart the router but my problem remains.

What a strange problem... I have everything working. But! Yesterday afternoon the stream suddenly stopped. Restarted everything I could, and everything works again. It's definitely not the services, and not the WiiM.

May be an issue with vTuner. On my Ultra some preset vTuner stations works, others don't.
Hi! In case you haven't seen it, there's some details in this thread around vTuner presets: https://forum.wiimhome.com/threads/vtuner-presets-not-playing.5295/

If you're still having trouble, try searching for the same station and playing it not from your preset. If that works, just remove the preset and add it back from the search. The URL for a station gets saved as a preset and if the URL changes the preset doesn't get the message. The team is looking into this behavior for a potential fix in the future.

Nothing really. The vtuner was not working previously but when powered on today, it just worked great!
But you said "The same happens with all music services in the Wiimhome app. For example vTuner, calm radio, deezer, all appear as either "login failed" or simply clicking on the tracks/stations nothing happens."

So not only vTuner?

Maybe a network issue anyway?

The above statement was NOT quoted by me. It was quoted by svwm, who posted this thread. Please read carefully before posting.
