My WiiM Pro has been working perfectly with an ethernet connection. This week I installed the WiiM Windows app and was able to play tracks from my NAS. Today the app could not find any music and cannot find my Wiim Pro. Neither my phone or Android tablet can detect the WiiM. Following the instructions to play the Play button for three seconds I cannot get the white light to slowly flash. I tried holding the button for longer and it factory reset the unit. What can I do to get the thing working again?

So is it not working after the factory reset? Have you reset your router and checked that your ethernet cable is fine, perhaps using a different cable and/or router port? Have you tried setup without ethernet, just using wifi?
