Can't change DAC filter type, menu unavaible

I just upgraded to WiiM Pro Plus and after configuration I can't change DAC filter type on Line Out. The menu is disabled and when I click on it only a few dots appear and nothing happens.

I tried Wiim reboot, unplugged it, deleted the Wiim Home app data, nothing helps.

Yep it was working fine and now the window showing all the filter types doesn't open. Also I found that Mono was selected. Check yours. This WIIM app is so buggy it's most likely from their 10/07 update that just reached us 9n the last few days. I guess they don't have a quality assurance team to test. Maybe they use us to save money.

I experienced same but i also raised a ticket and included app version and greyed out menu item. WIIM was kind enough to respond supplying a beta i believe to address this issue. Raise a tech support ticket. It couldnt hurt.

A beta app? It still works for the ios app so I don’t think it’s a firmware issue, it’s just the latest android app that has the issue for me

A beta app? It still works for the ios app so I don’t think it’s a firmware issue, it’s just the latest android app that has the issue for me
Android app. I am now running this version on the phone. For the pro plus it works now.

Hi. I bought a wiim pro plus 2 weeks ago. I choose my prefered filter, the super slow one (with my Motorola android 12 cellphone) and then it changes itself to sharp....(the first one in the list). If I don't close the app completely, I mean, its window working on background, it happens less often. It's annoying anyway. Does it happen to you¿?? Thank u

Thank u for your quick answer. I have already sent you a message from "send us feedback" topic in the wiim home app menu. I guess is that a ticket?? You sent me an email with a link with a new download app version. I installed it but the issue still remains. I guess it's a software issue and not a hardware problem.
