Deezer Cant Login

I had Deezer working on my WiiM Pro and they mucked up my account and I couldnt use it anymore. I got sick of waiting for a response from them and since it was a trial I signed up another account with a different email.

Since then I cant log back in, I get "Login Failed" but I have three other WiiM's and they can log in with the new credientals, the others were never logged in with the original account.
I have reinstalled the app and done a factory reset on the WiiM and still get the same, why would it be doing this? Is there a way to access the logs?

Have you unplugged the pro's power for 30 secs? You never know...
Seeing as you already tried a factory reset, why not also try holding the play button until it prompts for re setup.

Otherwise all I can suggest is raising a ticket via the wiim app (More, Feedback) right after it doesn't work.
Mention the name of the wiim that's failing.
