Defaulting to annual subscription is sharp practice and they clearly only do that because you can't get a refund. Otherwise defaulting to monthly payments would be more lucrative for them.Ok, as I wrote a few posts above, I understand the frustration about a company not even replying. THATS bad, of course.
But lets take this as a reminder that even Internet-Experience users should never stop to read carefully.
And no, you signed for a yearly subscription. At least because you didn't check that there was a monthly option. ;-) Accepting by not refusing.
