Connect a dongle to the USB out of Ultra and use AKG N5 HYBRID earphone.

I ordered the AKG N5 HYBRID earphone today.

It comes with a wireless dongle, which allows the LC3 Plus codec to be used over 2.4GHz wireless network.

I would like to connect this dongle to the Ultra's USB, do you think I need a USB hub?
(When connecting to a PC or game console, a hub is not required.)

Interesting question…

I would only expect to use a hub if they needed additional power, but I’m wondering what the Ultra would identify them as since it’s expecting a DAC or similar. It’s midnight here and my brain is closing down for the night, so I’m probably not fully thinking this thru - hopefully someone sharper in a different time zone can help

I think probably need a hub, but not sure if connecting to a hub will work. also not sure what kind of hub to buy...

This dongle seems to work with the phone's USB-C (A conversion adapter to USB-A is also included), so I would be happy if it would work with the Ultra as well.
