Yes, of course.

You can switch between the different inputs of the WiiM Mini and you can apply EQ to each of its inputs. In addition, you can use any two WiiM devices, link them and play the same signal (e.g. the turntable) in different rooms.

I have the mini hooked up optical to my receiver, my question is can I use the aux for a turntable and would you be able to utilize the eq for the turntable.

Yes, if it's a line level output from the turntable / using a phono preamp, as already answered in your other post.
At that point it' simply aux in, no matter whether it's a turntable or anything else..
