Control volume from Amazon Music app

Hi there I'm using Amazon Music app to cast direct to Wiim Pro which seems to work fine however there's no way to control the volume - my device volume buttons (Pixel7) have no effect... any solutions for this? Thanks

Works ok on my Moto Edge 30 Fusion although there was another post where some other Android phone didn’t. Submit a ticket to WiiM after trying to adjust the volume and they may be able to identify the issue in your device log.

Are you sure that you have not configured fixed volume on the Wiim?

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention, volume control works as expected within the Wiim app, just not from within the native Amazon app (which kind of defeats the point of running the Amazon app rather than accessing Amazon from within Wiim)
