Crackling static noise

Hello folks,

is there any fix to this crackling, static noise out of my Monitor Audio speakers while my amp is switched off (red led in dim mode)?

It’s really annoying!

My amp is probably a early 2024 unit I got here in Germany mid February 2024.

Before making a ticket:
Have you tried unplugging it from the mains, leave it a couple of minutes, and restarting it?

I have never seen a Red LED on mine dim or otherwise. What colour is the LED when not on standby? Mine is dim white on standby.

Red always indicates an error condition, probably for all WiiM devices, definitely for the WiiM Amp.

In any case there shouldn't be any crackling noise when the amp is in standby mode.
