Decoding issue?

just hooked up WiiM. Analog out to amp. Server is on my computer and using foobar. I noticed that one song (so far) there seems to be a decoding issue. Volume is good except the horns (on Down Under/Art Blakey Mosaic) are playing at a very low level and with an echo. Rest of the instruments are at normal level. Tried to compare to Sonos output and the Sonos (foobar>Sonos>digital out>amp) plays properly. Same result if I use Bluetooth from the foobar app >wiim or WiFi . Same with fixed or variable output volume. The song is encoded 1411kbps 16bit/44.1kHz
