defective IO SMD sot-23/6, dc/dc convertor EFCE

Hello,
unfortunately, the SMD sot-23/6 DC/DC converter EFCE is not working (short circuit) in my WIIM PRO plus device. I couldn't find a datasheet anywhere.
I am also attaching a picture of the printed circuit board.
