Hi folks

1st post and I think I'm going to make an utter fool of myself (that's not a new feeling tbf 😆)

After a drunken conversation with my DJ neighbour yesterday afternoon he reckons I should be able to use my basic two channel DJ mixer to switch between a standard phono signal going into my integrated amp and the "digital phono" input of my Wiim Ultra. I want to easily switch between both and he reckons it will work. I've added some pics of the mixer and it's inputs/outputs. Is this possible? Or if not is there a way of acheiveing what I'm after? Any advice much appreciated. By all means feel free to call me a blithering idiot if you must 😊

My Behringer mixer will do it as it has 2 outputs but your pic suggests you may only have one. One set of RCAs is slightly obscured by existing cables

Thanks for replying. Now thinking of just using an RCA switch but I understand that can cause problems with noise?..

Admittedly, I don't understand your final goal, yet. :D

How many turntable do you have?

One turntable

I want to switch between normal phono connection and the phono connection provided by the Wiim Ultra ... am not ready to give up phono altogether!..

In that case the answer is no, sorry.

As @d6jg pointed out there is only one output on your DJ mixer. You would need two outputs, one to the WiiM Ultra's phono input and one to your integrated amplifier's phono input.
