Do the Orange Control Buttons Illuminate?

I recently bought a WiiM Pro and am pretty happy with it. Do the orange control buttons illuminate? Mine don't but many pics I've seen look like they do. I keep my room pretty dark and often struggle to see the buttons.

I think this has been asked before, and iirc, it's a marketing trick
However, your phone app should light up nicely...
