Is this series of videos in Dolby Digital? The original AC3 Dolby Digital? WiiM don't support any newer multichannel standard. How can we prove it? At least on my Android phone I couldn't find any hint towards this clip providing 5.1 Dolby Digital output.
The general problem is that you must be sure to feed 5.1 DD content through the HDMI ARC input with no other device in the chain (read: the TV) performing the downmix to stereo (including the LFE or not). Could be tricky.
