When watching my smart TV, the volume raises and lowers on its own. This does not happen with other devices. I have tried all directions and remedies in the manual and the support recommendations. Any ideas, or is this just a faulty device?
Volume is controlled by CEC and WiiM do not support eARC, only PCM audio on ARC.
Try to check your TV settings and see if those are set correctly regarding this.
