Fixed output resolution, even on mini

i know it's better let the signal be as is created but since i'm using a WiiM mini on toslink input of a NAD C3050LE due to DLNA needs and since the penultimate FW update of NAD, toslink stopped working on 44.1, 88.2 and 176.4KHz signals with Dirac function inserted, due to lack of solutions by NAD and Bluos support, my only options are getting a WiiM pro and use coax output (coax on NAD doesn't have problems) or have the mini made capable to force another resolution on output, like 192KHz as example, hoping in the meantime NAD could find a solution.
I also know that mini's chipset is limited but maybe if EQ is switched off, the overall power could manage the sampling rate forcing, who knows?

Yes, I also considered them as temporary solution: CD player coax and WiiM's toslink on one of those adapters, connected by coax to amplifier and manually switch any time pass from external streamer to CD player and back.
Some doubt regarding how these little boxes treat the signal and the manual intervention.

They're relatively simple physical layer converters, typically supporting up to 192kHz. There's no reason why they shouldn't be bit-accurate.
