Fixed volume for USB out

Adding USB audio out was a really great thing. It would be even better to enable a fixed volume setting for USB out. I connect the Wiim Amp to a Topping DX 3 pro+, which has its own volume control.

A different volume setting for every output would prevent the speakers from blasting at full volume when switched back.

Seems like a good idea to me. Makes sense for those wanting to use the USB output to connect an external DAC for headphone listening.
It has also now become unusable now that the subwoofer is now enabled with the USB output, so it would be good to have the option to disable this. Can understand the logic of doing this with the Ultra, but less so with the amp.
