Please add a warning to the toggle to enable fixed volume output! 
I tested this with my Ultra and when enabling the toggle switch in the WHA settings, there was no warning that it would jump to full volume.
Obviously my amp was turned off at that moment, HOWEVER: I had not anticipated that it would stay at 100% volume when turning variable volume control back on

Luckily I had set my Line output level to 500 mV.

I noticed that shutting off fixed volume output starts the ‘unfixed’ volume level a 100%. Thankfully I shut my source off before noticing this otherwise my 400w rms per channel amp would have blown my ear drums straight through the back of my skull…..and most likely damaged my speakers. Wouldn’t...
