Hello everyone. On wiim amp, when it goes into standby it or the subwoofer, I don't understand which of the two elements, the subwoofer makes a loud noise, and it didn't happen a while ago. Did I set something wrong? How can I solve it? Subwoofer is active and cabled. Thanks

Hi,

Is that a pop noise that you hear for a moment when amp goes into standby?

I don't hear the noise on my amp, so I think there is a problem somewhere. First, please unplug the amp and sub power cables and then reconnect the RCA cables and see. Also, if this does not solve the problem, try replacing a RCA cable and see what happens.

Then check for any evidence of changes to the subwoofer settings or EQ in the WiiM app.

Yes, the noise is bump of switch off. Which are the subwoofer settings in app?
I meant this screen, which may not be related to your problem.

Is the firmware the latest (5.0.639856)?

It may have something to do with bug fix 1 in this firmware, but I don't know. BTW do you hear the same pop noise on all inputs?

I never hear any pops from the subwoofer when the amp enters standby. I do hear two soft pops when the amp is first turned on by applying mains power. These are heard during the boot period and aren't very loud.
