Home Music Share not showing files

I just set up my Wiim Pro Plus and am having trouble connecting my Windows 10 computer to share files. The shared folder shows up on the Wiim app, but when I click through it, no files are visible. I can connect to the shared folder via another PC and have checked my sharing properties.

I do have everything working properly using Plex, and I'm wondering if I should leave it at that- is the Plex experience better/worse than the native Home Music Share part of the Wiim app?

Absolutely!

Are you using the native Plex integration (Browse > Music Services > Plex)?

Yes, the Plex icon shows up next to the Spotify icon.
