How to control the WiiM Amp Pro when Wi-Fi is drops

Hello, I've been using the WiiM Amp Pro for one month. In my city, the internet connection often drops, and when that happens, I can't use the WiiM Amp Pro at all. I wanted to ask if there's a system where:
* If the connection to one Wi-Fi network (home Wi-Fi) is lost, it can immediately connect to another Wi-Fi network (mobile hotspot)? (Similar to how we can save multiple Wi-Fi passwords on a mobile phone).
* Or, can I control the WiiM Amp Pro using the WiiM Home app via Bluetooth or something similar, so that I can at least listen to music from my HDD?

Our team is currently working on a secondary solution using Bluetooth for situations where a Wi-Fi network isn’t available.

Irrespective of the great news @WiiM Support brought along, you should still be able to control your WiiM Amp Pro as long as your own Wi-Fi is working.

You can have a working Wi-Fi connection, but no Internet. In this case you won't be able to stream anything from the Internet, of course. But you can still use the WiiM Home app to control and play music e.g. from a USB drive or any source connected to line in or optical in.

My Virginmedia Hub doesn't work as a WiFi router when the internet is down. That was why I bought a separate router.

I even phoned them to complain about it and they just didn't understand that someone could want to use WiFi without internet
