How to play different music on WiiM Amp

That's a rather unusual request.
From the perspective of the the WiiM Amp, there's no such thing as "zones". It's just three independent amplifiers. If you want to play different music to each of these amps you do need three different controlling devices (like e.g. phones or tablets) using Spotify Connect to each of these WiiM Amps.
The WiiM Home App will just enable you to do pretty much the opposite: Playing music to all Amps in sync from one source (e.g. Spotify).

You’d need three Spotify accounts to do that as Spotify only allows one stream per account. If you had Spotify playing to one Amp, as soon as you started another stream to a second Amp, the first would stop. However, if you grouped the Amps you could play the same audio to all of them as that’s still just one stream.
