IHeart Radio App ‘FAILS” after password reset

I can’t seem to find a previous thread re this issue, but I’m sure it’s an easy fix. I just can’t work it out.

I had my WiiM Mini all set up and was working OK with all the ‘Music Services’, including iHeartRadio. However, I had to recently change the password for iHeartRadio. Ever since then when I click in iHeartRadio app in the WiiM App, I get a ‘fail’ message and it won’t open it. I can’t seem to find the authentication accounts for iHeartRadio within the WiiM app itself. Maybe it grabbed those upon WiiM set up ?

Do I need to re-initialise the setup for the WiiM mini to fix this ?

I’d try disabling iHeartRadio in the WiiM app, reboot the device under its settings, then re enable iHeartRadio and try again.

Thanks… you’re correct. I just needed to reboot it, as it then re-initialises the set-up of all the accounts. So, I had to re-enter all accounts and passwords.

Can I clarify... a reboot (not a reset) meant you had to reenter details for all music services, not just iheartradio?

Correct, a reset... and yes, I needed to authenticate to all music services, again
