It would be very helpful to be able to import PEQ settings from a local file, in any of the common PEQ formats (such as Equalizer APO etc.)
Savings PEQ settings to local files, for backup purposes or transfer to another device, would also be very helpful.

Does someone know the Android App "Poweramp"?
The App is not too complex and very straight to handle. You have one tab that is dedicated to EQ and tone control and here you can search through a list of headphones from whatever manufacturer and activate and deactivate the EQs available for your HP.
The App obviously has access to a large database. Usually EQ and PEQ settings are both available and with one tap you can try them out, eventually modify to your taste and save them locally.

This would be an extremely nice functionality for the WiiM streamers. It would make using HP equalization so much more convenient and easy to use. I was just stunned when I first discovered this feature and played with the available EQ settings for my AKG HP.
I'm tempted to just use my mobile phone, my Jcally JM20 dongle instead of using my more "serious equipment", just because of the ease of using.
See this post which I believe was using a similar (if not the same) database to load the EQ settings to your WiiM device: https://forum.wiimhome.com/threads/headphone-eq-app-for-ultra.3691/

Thanks a lot! I have not tried it yet, but that looks like the functionality that I was looking for.
Of course I would appreciate WiiM to integrate this into their app, yet it's a fantastic idea to accomplish this functionality via API
@jeromeof: Thanks a lot for your effort and sharing ! I will check it out :)
