The remote feature stopped working on my Nain muso qb2. I tested the remote via the 'point' at your phone's camera method to check for IR signals - yes, they were there.
Contacted support who said whole unit ( 5 kg) would need to be.checked - this would involve a 400 km round trip (20m is a struggle for me these days).
I decided to spin the coin and bought a replacement 1 euro battery from one of those 'suspiciously efficient' Chinese emporiums - result, as remote sprung back to life
I suspect Wiim support is likely much more clued in than that of a so-called Premier brand
