Is your smartphone connected to the Kaon FA7150 via Wi-Fi?

Reinstall the WiiM app.
Reboot the router and WiiM (unplug the power plug).
Reboot the phone.

Try these.

Seen something like this mentioned recently either here, on FB or Reddit - do you have a setting for client isolation on your router? Try using thr WiiM on WiFi rather than cable to see if that’s the case and whether that resolves it.

It runs stock

Can't connect it thru cable (strange), took ther cable out and used the start setup from the reinstalled app, it can

BUT I PREFER cable like play games using wifi or cable

Have to call my internet provider, there isn't really an online manual for the kaon FA7150

What about trying WiFi on the Wim Amp Pro rather than cabled ethernet if that’s what you’re doing? Just disconnect the Ethernet cable and hopefully the app will find it then

Looks like it may be a Telenor FA1750, but again there’s little evidence of a manual online.

The reason I asked you to remove the Ethernet cable was to see if a client isolation setting was preventing your phone on WiFi from seeing the WiiM on cabled Ethernet. If the amp worked on wifi then it would suggest such a setting was active and that would at least give you a clue as to what to ask your ISP :)
