Any distortion than can be fixed using EQ on the amplifier cannot stem from the amplifier.
The WiiM Amp has been designed to never go into clipping, even at 0 dBFS (full scale digital signal). It will play very clean even at 100% volume setting. The only exception would be applying EQ with positive gain numbers.
So, the question remains, what EQ did you apply? Maybe you are not even missing really low bass but rather kick bass around 100 Hz?
Current delivery shouldn't be a problem with the Amp, maximum gain might be, depending on source.
