Yeah, I saw the 20v dc output, but then assumed that if it had a usb output too then that surely would be 'normal', and not 20v too.

As for it being an upgrade, if you like it, use it.

This PSU has no 5V output but it's a part of the docking station with USB outputs. You can probably use it to power the WiiM but I doubt that it's an upgrade over the stock charger.

Be very very careful. I would not take the chance to be honest. The usb c looks to be power supply spec'ed at 20.05v for powering laptops. It does not look like a usb c PD charger that can negotiate different voltages depending on what is connected.

If it doesn't say 5V it won't deliver 5V.
With 150W capacity we can open the betting on how quickly it would fry the Pro+...
