I was watching TV withe the wiim amp supplying the sound and then suddenly the TV disconnected from the WIIM amp and I can't get it to re-connect. Any fix or is it toast? Edit: all other functions are still working... Only no connection with HDMI.
Hi Ronnie! First thing to start with, which you've probably already tried is just restarting your WiiM Amp and your TV. Also, make sure to unplug and plug back in those HDMI connections.
If you've already done that, can you send in some feedback through our app by going to "More" and "Send in feedback", this way our team can check it out.

I've tried 3 different cables.. interestingly on my kids TV I can see that the Hdmi is connected to the ARC HDMI input on the TV (in one of the menus on the screen of the TV). Still no sound either on the speakers or through Bluetooth output (I checked that Spotify was working for both). Very strange.

Is it possible that someone has changed the TV's audio output settings?
Please check to see if the TV's digital audio output is set to PCM. (Also, if sound is coming from the TV's built-in speakers, change the audio output to external speakers.)
Also, if eARC is turned on in the TV's settings, it must be turned off.
