I have a Samsung The Frame TV connected to a WiiM Amp via HDMI eARC. Whenever I turn on the TV to play something, nothing comes out of my speakers even though the TV sound output is set to the WiiM Amp and nothing indicates that they shouldn't be working. Whenever I just play music from my phone via AirPlay it works perfectly fine, only issue is with the TV. Any idea how to fix this?

Welcome.
Is there a tv setting to change from earc to arc?
You'll likely also need to choose pcm output.

In the Home App go to device settings and make sure the Autosensing of HDMI input is switched to on.. I have a Wiim Amp and a Samsung LED TV as well (not the Frame) and turning on the Tv automatically turns on the Amp and after a second or 2, starts playing sound.

Hello,
sorry for my pure english. I bought a wiim amp. Spotify streaming works without a problem but the connection via HDMI ARC to a Samsung MU7000 series TV does not work well.
Maybe someone had a similar problem:
TV recognizes wimm amp. I can set external speakers on TV and I can hear sound. Unfortunately, every few seconds TV jumps between internal and external speakers. However, sound is constantly transmitted through external speakers. Controlling the volume with the TV remote control works and does not work (depending on what the TV has switched to).

this might seem as a faulty HDMI wire or damaged HDMI output on the TV...

This model TV Samsung suports only ARC not eARC. I tied 3 HDMI wires (incuded one form wiim and 2 other ones also high speed).
I not sure if One Connect Box works good but I have no idea how to check it.

I bought second one connect box to check if my is a problem. Unfortunatelly second one works the same. Is it possible wiim amp hdmi port is faulty?

Have you submitted a ticket to WiiM via the more/feedback section in the app so they can inspect your device logs?

No. Unfortunately I am inexperienced in wiim. How to do it?
As I advised - in the WiiM home app, choose more, then feedback and enter the details of your issue. When you hit ‘submit’ it will send a copy of your logs along with your submission.
