Loudness curve?

First, hello all. This is my first post here.
My setup:
WiiM Mini
Jbl 305p mk2
These are used on my wfh desk with the speakers either side at approx arms length.

I’ve used the room correction feature on my WiiM Mini to give a custom EQ. I mostly listen at relatively quiet levels and would like to add a “loudness curve” on top of the custom EQ. Ideally this could be variably set so I can set th curve to max when listening very quiet, turning down as the volume increases.

Is there a loudness option on the WiiM, or a method to implement one?

Akin to roomfit measurement?
Not necessarily, especially since RoomFit doesn't measure absolute SPL.
… or simply have a couple of configs to choose from. Good enough for most of us - if we need to have it at all.
Indeed. It doesn't necessarily need to be an exact calibration, but there should be a way for the user to adjust the reference point.

E.g. someone might decide that they want bass to be flat when they set volume to 63%, because that is nice and loud in their environment, and to get progressive bass boost when they lower the volume from there. For someone else that might be at 30% or 95% volume.

Those that have SPL meters can even translate the calibration to a specific SPL.

RoomFit doesn't require any knowledge of absolute sound pressure levels, but Dynamic Bass/variable loudness/however one calls it does. Room correction only makes sense within the limits of system linearity, but Dynamic Bass really attempts to deal with the non-linear behaviour of human hearing. I think these are pretty different use cases.

Yeah, but that wouldn't be much different from what we have already: GEQ profiles like Loudness, complemented by Loudness 2, Loudness 3 ... which you could create yourself right now. I'm not the biggest supporter of variable loudness (because I think that it is often misunderstood), but if you want something like that, it has to be dynamic, variable, automatic ...

Edit:
Too late by a couple of seconds ... 😂

I just meant from the point of view of using a mic at the listening point - couldn’t it determine SPL in the app?
It might if the microphone calibration file includes sensitivity, and if the app knows how to interpret it correctly.

E.g. miniDSP UMIK-1 cal file includes individual microphone sensitivity factor, and REW can interpret it.
