I have: -unplugged and restarted -tried factory reset by holding the play button for 10 secs. The app can't find the device whatever I try. Advice gratefuly received. Thanks.

Solution harkpabst Today at 7:59 AM It is also worth trying a different power supply of sufficient wattage. These can break over time.
