I must admit that I didn’t really like the original remote control operating in increments of 3, and changed it to 5 once the option was available.

More recently, I have changed it to increments of 2, as that seems more suitable.

The sad truth is that my above posting really sums it up for me. Even number, multiples of 5 or same number for each meaningful digit and I'm happy.

Anything else and I feel like a hero if I can stand it for more than two minutes. On the other hand, there are only 36 out of 101 numbers (including the well acceptable 0) that are not acceptable.
