What are you playing and how have you connected Spotify?

I was referring to the Ultra device display. The wiim home screen shows everything fine. I open Spotify on my smartphone and switch the broadcast to wiim

Yes. That is strange. I have no issue with that track on Spotify Connect.

Press and hold the volume knob for 10+ secs.

Surprisingly, everything worked after rebooting the router.
