Except for some frustrated forum members, I actually think we were trying to help a new user that didn't understand that it is a user forum and not a direct access to the WiiM engineers.Also, a reminder to everyone: this is a user forum, and people may arrive frustrated when something does not sound right. Please keep replies focused on helping diagnose the issue rather than questioning motives or insulting the user. That gives us the best chance of finding out what is actually happening.
From their perspective and experience it very much was bad. We didn't really change that bias or experience and we lost them.
