Network connection issues, enterprise network

I'm trying to connect my WiiM Mini to a WPA2-Enterprise network (eduroam in specific) and every time I try to connect it the setup process fails and says there's a wrong password. I'm quite certain I'm using the correct password (given I reset my credentials and reconnected successfully on my laptop). Has anyone else ever encountered this issue/is there any hope of finding a solution? I could even use an ethernet connection if necessary

Did you get this working? If not, network novice here but I am wondering if all devices that connect to eduroam need to have a certificate installed on the device. If this is the case, you'll have to contact WiiM to see if there is a way to install a certificate on the WiiM Mini.
