No sound after being unplugged for a few weeks

Hi all, my pro plus has been working perfectly for over a year but having been unplugged for a few weeks there is now no sound. I’ve tried all the various methods I can find including factory reset but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone else had this problem and managed to resolve it?

Hi

If the device appears in the WiiM app, please check the audio settings section within the device settings screen. I need to know whether a purple dot mark is displayed here. If the dot mark is present, tap it to proceed to the next screen and verify the screen displaying the purple dot mark.
(The purple dot mark may indicate some form of device error.)

Additionally, please check the colour of the device's LED.
 
There is also a high pitched hum coming from the unit, it’s not loud but have never noticed it before.
Have you already submitted a support ticket?
I recommend submitting a ticket via the WiiM app's feedback section.
(Other > Feedback)
Device logs will be sent, which will assist in resolving the issue.
