I have been trying to set up my pro but keep hitting roadblocks. I have been getting no sound in spite it being hooked up to my phone. I just noticed my volume booster was loosing power. I hooked up the Wiim directly with brand new RCA cables. So I am beginning to think it's the amp but I am not. Any ideas out there?

Which WiiM device (or devices) are you trying to set up? You posted to the WiiM Amp troubleshooting sub-forum but mention "my pro".
