No sub output sound

So I experienced a problem where my subwoofer would not produce any sound. I tried any possible solution like switching L and R inputs in my subwoofer, cranking the volume up both in the wiim home app and the subwoofer, rebooting and factory resetting the wiim amp, and switching to a different rca cable.

Setup: yamaha steinberg UR12, Wiim Amp, Polk XT15, Jamo Sub210

Also tried subwoofer bypass mode
I'm waiting for a system update to fix this.

Is your sub working? You can probably check by unplugging the cable at the amp end and touching the centre pin with your finger. I don't think a firmware update will fix it.

Yes, tried that one
The wiim amp sub out only works when i wait for couple of minutes and reconnect the rca cables multiple times at the back of an amp
And also read the old firmware update in wiim website titled 5.0.609856 Bug fixes: Resolved Subwoofer Sound Issue: Corrected the problem where the subwoofer would not produce sound upon amplifier activation. So i just thought that the problem I’m experiencing right know might be bug
