No way to pair the TV remote?

I use optical-in from my TV when I'm not streaming music on my Pro Plus.
My TV remote volume works the optical attached soundbar.

I wish there was a way to also pair my TV remote to the WiiM Pro Plus for convenience.

No way to do this that I can tell.

No, you can’t pair a tv remote with your WiiM as tv remotes are most often IR and Wiim devices don’t support that. The Wiim devices can have their own WiiM remote but that’s Bluetooth controlled.
