As far as I know, raising gain has a bad effect on sound quality. The frequency related to room mode doesn't go up even if you raise it. So I turn off 5 out of 10 peqs and use it. I hope there's a function that only considers negative gain.

You can calculate Headroom by entering PEQ values in the REW program. Divide the result by 0.6 and you will get the % to reduce the Volume Limit level. Then you will not have clipping using RC.
And if you only want to do negative correction, the HouseCurve app on the iPhone does it well.
