I see. So in effect you have the speakers and the sub wired in parallel to the WiiM Pro outputs.
Sadly there's no way to adjust relative delay between the speakers and the sub in this kind of setup. But that may not be such a big deal if you are still able to get a smooth frequency response after RoomFit.

By the way, which SVS subwoofer do you have? If it the older fully analogue model (e.g. SB-1000 Classic) or one of the newer models that is DSP-equipped and comes with the companion app?

Yes, I have connected them in parallel. Moving the Subwoofer affects its delay. SB-2000, not pro version. They sound good. Later I can post measurements of the frequency response.🙂

To be honest, from raw performance perspective your existing SVS SB-2000 (12" driver, -3dB at 19Hz) should actually be a better sub than the Genelec 7050 (8.5" driver, -6dB at 24Hz).

Note that your SVS SB-2000 (non-Pro) also has a built-in high pass filter (12dB/oct at 80Hz) on the line outputs. The Genelec 7050 has a built-in high pass filter at 85Hz on the line outs.

I was thinking this same thing as well--integration is all well and good, but at the end of the day, the outright performance of the unit is what matters most with bass and, "real subs," are in a completely different league from that Genelec.

You can still use the phase control of the sub to tweak the integration.

I'm happy with how well the SVS matched the 8030. Yeah, the 8030 has that crossover 85hz dip switch, and the SVS likes to be a 90hz crossover. The Wiim RoomFit corrects 20-160hz and does it well. 😀I don't have a measurement microphone yet, just an iPhone. I really like the WiiM pro and it's much cheaper than some Genelec room measurement. 👍 I like cheap audio.😂

Some measurement. The subwoofer volume is about 3/10 in that measurement. Do I understand correctly if I still need to lower the subwoofer volume? The 8030 are the old A models, so they also have their own volume control. 🤔 I'll have to look into it a bit more later. Thanks for the help. 🙂

The subwoofer level is high relative to the speaker level, yes - though RoomFit is taking care of the level mismatch so you could just leave it as is.
A benefit of this approach is that you get smooth extension down to 20Hz, at the cost of reduced max SPL.

Your response after RoomFit correction looks quite good to me, actually.

BTW, the measurement correction was 20-600Hz. The iPhone said the sweep was too quiet. The neighbors were trying to sleep, so the measurement was a bit inaccurate because of that. 😂 To be continued later.. 🫡 Thanks 🙂

A reduction of 30 dB by RoomFit is a bit much, though. RoomFit will probably combine (or waste) multiple PEQ filters to realise this attenuation. The subwoofer level could probably be reduced by another 10 dB without having non-boost mode running out of steam. This could free up PEQ filters that might or might not be put to better use by RoomFit.

OTOH the response up to 200 Hz looks very good already.
