Overheating and Rebooting WiiM Amp

When I simultaneously use the sub out and USB out, my Wiim amp gets extremely hot, and after a few minutes, it will reboot.

Submit a ticket and/or do a power cycle.

When I simultaneously use the sub out and USB out, my Wiim amp gets extremely hot, and after a few minutes, it will reboot.

The Amplifier section isn't even used when USB out is used so something is wrong.

By the way, I’ve noticed this issue when I watch on a TV because I’m also using the HDMI input of the Wii amp. Essentially, I’m using it as a preamp connected to the Fosi ZD3 and ZA3 as my amplifier.

As has been said, give feedback to WiiM through the WiiM Home app.

This is nothing the community can resolve.
