Pandora business

We currently don't have Pandora Business supported in the app. We do have Pandora though.

Can you share your use case for Pandora Business?

We want to use your devices in all of our commercial projects. We like sound machine and need to access preset but you don’t support that. We use URC control systems and had them build a driver to support your units. The best way for us automate things is to use preset. This gives us the ability to control what hundreds of uses can access. We use this in public spaces and want to make sure that our customers can play family friendly music. I hope and pray that we could get the preset option working on sound machine.

We can quickly add presets for the sound machine service. Also, please note that URC is supported on all WiiM devices. Thank you for sharing your use case!

Hi iht.darre,

The preset for Sound Machine will be released in late October. I’ve checked with our team, and this feature is already in our test queue, so we’re on track for a quick release.

Checking in on if presets have been added? This is very much needed in for us and other integrators. Checking on a time line as i didnt see this on the last update. Please let us know and we look forward to working with you.

We're planning to include this feature in our upcoming firmware and app release, expected within the next two weeks. Thank you for your patience and support!
 
Any update on when the sound machine presets might make it into a firmware update? This is critical for us and a couple of other company's that are trying to use your products in the commercial space.

Checking on the status of the update to sound machine presets. My self and other companys are eager for this up date as we need to make a decision on what units to go with. Please let me know if this going to pushed through soon.

Checking on this feature. My units still don't support presets for sound machine.

No, WIIM (Wireless Interactive Information Management) does not directly work with Pandora Business. Pandora for Business typically uses commercial-grade music streaming services tailored for business environments, with licenses for public performance. WIIM, on the other hand, is more focused on wireless management and integration for interactive media systems. If you're trying to integrate WIIM with Pandora, it might require custom setups or middleware to combine the services, but they are not inherently compatible out of the box.
