Pandora Login Failed

Hello all,

I am getting a “login failed” error when trying to use Pandora in the WiiM app. Here are the details.

I just (last week) installed 5 Arylic WiFi amps and this week added a WiiM Audio Pro A10 speaker. Arylic’s 4stream app and WiiM’s app both ran all the devices successfully since they use Linkplay; a happy coincidence. I was able to use Pandora in-app on both, until a couple of days ago when I started getting the login failed error. I had a random successful login last night but could not repeat it.

Both apps and all the firmware are up to date. Pandora works fine elsewhere and I can airplay to any of the units. The password is up to date in the WiiM app.

I submitted a ticket via the WiiM app but have heard nothing back yet.

Any tips?

Thanks for the reply. Worked on this all day and am about to give up.
I see threads mentioning DNS settings, but I cant seem to find them. Also Geo Location settings, so I updated my zip code in Pandora. Nothing works. Hoping they reply to my ticket

@JBaker I see you mentioned a zip code, so assuming that you're US-based. Asking this to confirm that you're not using any VPN for geo-shifting or DNS for geo-shifting or privacy proxy. A VPN can impact either the WiiM App on your phone or the WiiM device itself separately. If any of these are on, try turning them...
