We are using 3 Wiim Pros at work in our meeting room center, and are experiencing that is too easy to connect to the players

A PIN code to connect (like Bluesound have) would have solved the problem.

Is this a feature that we can expect in the future?

Thing is, there are multiple ways to connect to the WiiM, e.g., direct from the app, via Chromecast, via Spotify Connect, via Tidal Connect, via Airplay (and probably more in the future). The latter few don't require the app. So you'd have to turn off services altogether, or perhaps a better approach would be to put the WiiMs on a VLAN and manage access to that block of IP addresses.
