Suddenly, the playback screen changes to the clock screen. No settings were changed. I set the screen to show album art and name, but today it started changing to the clock screen.

Are the Ultra still active and playing?
And you didn't change the clock face? If you change it during playing, it will show until next change of play.

It is playing, and I didn't change or touch anything on the touchscreen or in the app. It just turns to the clock, just like it goes into standby. Reboot didn't help either.

Then it's better to raise a ticket, via the WiiM Home App, when this happens.

Go to "More" - "Feedback and Tickets" in the WiiM Home App. It will provide WiiM with the needed log files to investigate.

Thank you, I will!

Are you on a beta firmware by any chance?

I would restart my WiiM, change a bunch of the screen settings on the Screen Settings page and then restart my WiiM again to see if the problem is solved or changes behavior.
