The error that appears when starting the WiiM app seems to warn you that the Bluetooth scan could not start.

You won't see an error when you turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Alternatively, turn off "Nearby Devices" in the WiiM app permission settings.

in fact by engaging the bluetooth on my phone..disappears..but it's new, I never had bluetooth turned on before and it didn't appear..
"nearby devices" ?

Think the settings on your Android phone are meant. Find the app in the settings and drive to nearby devices. Can only provide a German screenshot. May be it helps.

I haven't changed anything in my settings..so this alert, which is too brief to be read, is new...just not a big deal because it doesn't prevent it from starting...
