I’ve connected my WiiM Pro+ to an Emotiva BasX A2 using the 12V trigger. The power amp switches on and off correctly when the WiiM powers up or down, but after 2–3 minutes of playback, the amp powers off unexpectedly.
Interestingly, if I spike the volume on the WiiM, the amp powers back on — not ideal practice, but possibly a clue for troubleshooting.
I’ve checked the WiiM app for any relevant 12V trigger settings, but I can only find options related to 12V input detection, not output control.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a hidden setting, firmware issue, or known quirk with the 12V trigger output on the WiiM Pro+?
