I have two sets of bi-ampable speakers. Bi-amping is optional. I’m wondering if the WIIM DSP affects the sub out, and how would this work.

Do you just set the equalizer, and it automatically affects the sub out?

I’m thinking of maybe two Ultras, one for each system.

One set of speakers has its own powered sub. For the other, I have a five channel power amp. So all I need is suitable preamps.

Yep. (P)EQ is done before the high pass and low pass filtering, so it effects mains or sub, just depending on the frequency range. We have all reason to believe that the Ultra will work the same.

I won't discuss the pros and cons of bi-amping. :)

For me, it’s free to try. I already have the amps.
